Generator Entertainment is a new TV and film production and finance company comprised of three key founders with complementary experience. The company focus is to produce high quality horror, action, and sci-fi primarily in the budget range of $5 million to $15 million. Generator Entertainment has deep relationships in the artist, agency, and financing communities, and strategic partnerships in such territories as Japan and Korea where local language IP will be developed and produced for a global audience.
Chris Collins
Collins first emerged on the scene as a writer on the final two seasons of HBO's critically acclaimed series “The Wire,” winning a WGA Award. Other credits include FX's “Sons of Anarchy”, Amazon’s “The Man in the High Castle”, “Star Wars: The Clone Wars,” Starz’s “Crash”, and Lionsgate’s John Wick: Chapter 3.
Kelly McKee
McKee served as the Head of Production at Pressman Film for nearly a decade under legendary producer Edward R. Pressman. McKee Co-Executive Produced Lionsgate's The Crow, Mary Harron's DaliLand starring Ben Kingsley, and Co-Produced HBO Film's “Paterno” directed by Barry Levinson starring Al Pacino, nominated for two Emmys.
Ken Browning
Browning has over 30 years of experience as an entertainment and transactional lawyer, and has represented numerous production companies, actors, writers, directors, financial institutions, and distributors throughout his career.

    Generator Entertainment has partnered with Hill Country Studios, a $250M world-class studio development outside Austin, Texas. The full-service studio will be the first purpose-built production facility of its kind in the state, featuring 12 sound stages, four workshops, dedicated production offices, and access to 1,500 acres of backlot space, ideal for a wide range of film and television projects.
